The program would emphasize participatory methods of learning including preparation of case studies by the participants, field visits and interaction with experts and practitioners. Considering the diversity of the courses, this program provides for a variety of teaching methods like lecture, discussion, panel session, debate, seminar, role-playing, case study, workshop, project/group works and research.  The faculty offering the course will carefully select the methods appropriate for the course and lesson objectives. As most students expected to come from active service, emphasis will be given to methods that help students learn, do critical thinking and apply the knowledge in practice.

As the curriculum involves modules in partnership with foreign faculty/institutions, Internet and video-conferencing methods may also be used.
